During our stay for a family reunion, the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but the service left much to be desired. The location by the lake was great, and the pool looked inviting, though we didn't swim. However, the lack of an elevator and the owner's rude behavior were significant downsides. Overall, while we enjoyed some aspects, the negative experiences made it hard to recommend returning.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. While I appreciated the friendly staff who tried their best, the overall condition of the hotel and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The rooms were poorly cleaned, and the noise issues from outside made it difficult to relax. On the plus side, I did enjoy the hospitality from the owner, which was a highlight of my stay.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially for our family reunion. The newly remodeled space with ceramic tile was refreshing and made the rooms feel cleaner. While the lake was low, making fishing impossible, the staff did their best to manage the bugs around the area.
